TRI A SWIM: 750M

Relay Swimmer! Enter the Bay at Portballintrae Harbour, swim your heart out for 750m and make your way up the jetty and pass on your timing chip to your cyclist! Your swim will be marshalled by fully qualified life guards and experienced kayakers. You can do this

TRI A CYCLE: 20KM

Relay Cyclist! 20Km Cycle via Bushmills out the undulating White Park Road turning left just before Dunserverick Castle. Follow the Causeway Road and enjoy cycling a stunning part of our Causeway Coastline – no time for sightseeing – return via the descent into Bushmills. Feel the burn as you push into Portballintrae along the Ballaghmore Road. Off the bike and through transition and get your timing chip to your runner!

TRI A RUN: 7.5KM

Relay Runner! You will face a challenging yet spectacular 7.5km run hugging the coastal clifftop path beyond Runkerry Strand. Embrace the odd steep climb as the stunning view’s will be worth it! Your clifftop run will eventually lead you over the Giant’s Causeway Visitor Centre. Cross the Causeway Visitor Centre and return via the Tramline path. Follow the beautiful boardwalk trail alongside the river Bush. Bring it home for your team by crossing the finish line at the Boat Club!
